So it has been a little while since my last post, but I promise to be more consistent with them in these next couple of weeks. To kick off my summer, in celebration of my graduation, I traveled to the British Virgin Islands with one of my best friends. We sailed on a Catamaran for a week, and travelled to all of the different Islands through Voyage Charters. I can easily say this was the best vacation I have ever been on in my entire life, and I can thank the company and our Chef Kenetha Ashton and Captain Ryan Adler for making it so amazing!
Our first official day in the BVIS was spent on snorkeling ship wrecks, and spending a lot of our time at Cooper Island. Cooper Island was absolutely astonishing. The area we stayed at was fairly small. There was a gift shop, two bars, a cute little coffee shop, and a hotel nearby. We spent the day swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking back and forth from the Island to the boat. We spent time at the cute bars and walked a long the beautiful sandy beach. While walking a long the beach we ran into a few roosters and goats… not quite something I am used to seeing in the home town lol! This island in itself was one of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen, and this was just the beginning of the trip. Tune in tomorrow for another blog post for day 2 and see where we ended up next!
